Conflict Transformation & Repair

I facilitate repair processes for teams experiencing communication breakdown or interpersonal tension, and realign team dynamics towards rebuilding transparency and trust.

About Nina

Almost a decade inside organizations.

A Princeton graduate, Nina draws upon almost a decade of experience in culture design, leadership development, and communication strategy through her work in the private investigation industry. Previously serving as the director of training and culture for a New York-based global investigations firm, she led initiatives that bridged rigorous corporate structures with human-centered communication practices.

In addition to her longstanding experience inside corporate environments, her work in mindful communication and intentional community settings informs her approach to cultivating thriving organizational cultures focused on trust, dialogue, and shared purpose.
